This is the best online planner that I have used for several different reasons:

Simplicity: There are several formats and it can be [customized] to the teacher, and I prefer simple, clean designs, easy to understand, visually appealing, and CC provides that.

Cost: It is free. That allowed me to try it and find out that I love it.
